Hi my name is Paul and I am Personal Coach, with over 20 years of experience, in areas such as personal training, strength and conditioning, fitness nutrition, sports nutrition, exercise science, information systems, and business. I’m a founding director of Body Rock Performance gym, where we specialise in Weight Management and Lifestyle changes “Become a Fitter Healthier Person”. Body Rock Performance was open in Feb 2012 in the most beautiful area of Dublin 4, Sandymount, just across the road from the one of the most stunning beach – Sandymount Strand (over 5k long) perfect for running and sprinting. I am proud and grateful to work with the best team of personal trainers David and Claire who are so knowledgeable, dedicated but most of all trustworthy. They give each of their client’s personal attention even in group settings. They encourage members beyond their comfort zone and push them to be their best.

Our Gym is situated against the serene backdrop of Sandymount Strand, (over 5k long) perfect for running and sprinting, which we use for some of our outdoor classes. Merrion Hall, the building which houses the Body Rock health and fitness suite provides the perfect environment where our clients can park their cars and enjoy their workout without the clamour and stress sometimes associated with a visit to the gym.
