I’ve been training now with brp for about 4 months but have really only taken it seriously on the last 3 months. When I started I was 90kgs and I am now 82kgs, I have lost fat weight and added muscle so I am pretty happy with my progress. I got to the lunchtime class and I now plan my day around the class which has been a key factor. It had give me the structure to make sure I have no excuse not to train!! The trainers are fantastic, always pushing you but in a very supportive manner. I know they are watching me, making sure I am exercising correctly so I don’t get injured. It sounds corny but you feel part of a team at brp.
