Excellent gym which gets you results. I’ve been going to this gym for one month and i’ve already lost 1 stone. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. The classes are challenging but fun. The instructors ensure that the excerises are constantly changed from class to class to ensure boredom doesn’t set in.
Overall i’m very happy with Boby Rock Gym. Keep up the good work.
