Your Premium Membership includes up to 13 credits per month, which can be used for either:

  • GTS Membership (Group Training System)
  • SGT Membership (Strength Group Training)

This membership provides ongoing access to our training programs, coaching, and facilities as part of your monthly subscription.

Class Times Included

GTS Membership  (Group Training System) Access:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6am, 7am, 9.30am, 5pm, 6pm
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 8am, 1pm
  • Saturday: 8am, 9am
  • Min 2 months Contract

SGT Membership  (Strength Group Training) Access:

  • Monday/Wednesday /Friday 10.30 am
  • Tuesday / Thursday 6am, 7am, 9am, 10am
  • Saturday: 6am, 7am

Late cancel (<2 hrs) or no-show = €25.
6 am & 7 am classes: cancel by the evening before (10 hrs notice) needed.

Membership cancellation policy: 30 days’ notice. Minimum contract: 2 months.

  • Freezing policy:
      • 1 month on hold — €75
      • 2 months on hold — €150
  • Rejoining fee:
    • If a membership is cancelled and the person re-joins as a new member in the future, a €200 joining fee will apply.

Booking windows: 7 days for memberships, 3 days for Day/Flex Membership
