GTS (Group Training System) Memberships

Full GTS Membership – €216/month
Monthly membership with unlimited access to the Body Rock Performance GTS schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 5pm, 6pm
Tuesday, Thursday: 8am, 1pm
Saturday: 8am, 9am

Membership contract: 2 months minimum.

Limited GTS Membership – €157/month
Monthly membership including access to up to 8 GTS credits per month.
Available access:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:30am, 6pm
Tuesday, Thursday: 8am, 1pm
Saturday: 8am, 9am

Sessions reset each month and do not roll over.
Membership contract: 2 months minimum.

Flex GTS Membership – €25 Day Membership One Day access to the studio including participating in yoga or any gym activities at the studio.

Terms and Condition

Late cancel (<2 hrs) or no-show = €25.
6 am & 7 am classes: cancel by the evening before (10 hrs notice) needed.

Membership cancellation policy: 30 days’ notice. Minimum contract: 2 months.

Freezing policy:
- 1 month on hold — €75
- 2 months on hold — €150
Rejoining fee:
- If a membership is cancelled and the person re-joins as a new member in the future, a €200 joining fee will apply.

Booking windows: 7 days for memberships, 3 days for Day/Flex Membership
