I started training in BRP 5 months ago after a recommendation from a friend, and words cannot describe how delighted I am with the progress made. Starting off (and walking in on day one) was daunting, but with the constant encouragement and advice from trainer Paul Moran I have come down 3 dress sizes in that time. I feel healthier, fitter and have loads more energy. I love that the class sizes are kept small and there is a continuous focus on improvement through the use of food logs, weight-monitoring etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BRP to anyone who is looking to make a change. And as for myself – I’m loving my new found energy, my new (smaller) wardrobe and really looking forward to what the next 5 months bring!
