Flex SGT Membership – €250/2-month

Flex SGT Membership including access to 10 SGT credits every 2 months.Membership renews every 2 months unless paused or cancelled.

Flex Limit SGT Membership – €200/month
Monthly membership including access to 8 SGT credits per month.

Flex Light SGT Membership – €125/month

Monthly membership including access to 5 SGT credits per month.

Flex SGT Membership – €25 Day Membership One Day access to the studio including participating in yoga or any gym activities at the studio.

Terms and Condition

Late cancel (<2 hrs) or no-show = €25.
6 am & 7 am classes: cancel by the evening before (10 hrs notice) needed.

Membership cancellation policy: 30 days’ notice. Minimum contract: 2 months.

Freezing policy:
- 1 month on hold — €75
- 2 months on hold — €150
Rejoining fee:
- If a membership is cancelled and the person re-joins as a new member in the future, a €200 joining fee will apply.

Booking windows: 7 days for memberships, 3 days for Day/Flex Membership
