I've only recently started at Body Rock and I'm really enjoying it. Paul took time to understand my sports and injury background before starting classes. He advises me what exercises to avoid and certainly pushes me in each exercise and is always watching all of us during the classes. Great atmosphere in the gym.

I have really enjoyed starting to train at Body Rock, I love the way Paul the owner takes the classes and his attention to detail which you don’t always get at other gyms. It’s a lovely environment to train in with like minded people and I feel I’m really pushed to the max, which is what I have wanted so I can get more out of my sessions. Marta is so obliging too and nothing is too much trouble. I can see myself training here for a long time to come and I really recommend it.

I joined Body Rock Performance while I was back in Dublin for a month, and it was a fantastic experience. Paul is an exceptional coach with a real ability to know when to push you and when to ease off. He also has an excellent eye for detail, ensuring everyone maintains correct form throughout each exercise. The workouts are efficient, challenging, and tailored to your individual ability, making every session both rewarding and enjoyable. On top of that, the community is incredibly welcoming and friendly, creating a great atmosphere to train in. I’ll definitely be joining Body Rock Performance again the next time I’m back in Dublin.

Another 5-star review for BRP. After years of feeling stagnant in my regular cycling regime, I knew I had to get something new in my routine. A good friend couldnt praise Paul and the team at BRP enough, and after a brief intro meeting with Paul, I could immediately tell why. No fluff, no excuses, just support, direction, motivation, and encouragement. It's only been about 8 weeks now, but I'm better in just about every metric, and I feel completely reenergised. You don't get too many game-changing and life-improving opportunities, but BRP is one of them , so if you're looking to make a difference, head here without delay.

Paul's coaching is clear and encouraging, and his understanding of the training process is exceptional. (This includes knowledge related to injuries, injury prevention, and recovery.) I highly recommend Body Rock Performance gym. Every session feels like a PT session. Paul is really attentive to technique so your performance is always improving and you feel the difference in the movement because he makes sure you’re doing it the right way. I felt myself getting strong in a very short time. There a lovely friendly vibe with the other members also. Totally different experience to turning up in a normal gym working in a vacuum.
