At BODY ROCK PERFORMANCE Gym located in Sandymount, Dublin 4 we pride ourselves on helping our clients hit their weight loss and fitness goals.The Small Group weight loss training Project is Small Group weight loss training that offers a unique training experience where clients are offered the support of a training partner whilst still having specialised programming made individual to their weight loss specific goals. Having a training buddy depending on you to make it to the gym is a great way to stay interested and motivated in your training.

With the small group-training package you can expect the following:

 

  1. New programme every four weeks structured and tailored to your individual goals.

  2. Personalised Nutrition Plans – constantly changed and tweaked to aide you in achieving the best possible results supplementation plan.

  3. Body Fat Tested via the BioSignature system with every new program so we can monitor your progress; this method is based on the correlation between body fat storage and possible hormonal imbalances.

  4. The InBody Test examines your Total Body Water, Fat, Protein, and Minerals. It also reveals your percentage of body fat, muscle distribution and body water balance. We help you to understand how your exercise regime, diet and lifestyle are influencing your body composition.

  5. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) /Strong Man class –Our HIIT/Strong Man classes keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.

  6. And above all you will get the results that you thought might never be possible.

The sessions are programmed to suit individual's needs and our highly
skilled BRP coaches will push you to your goals and beyond

So no matter if you just jumped off a spin bike or the couch and are looking to get amazing results this is the program for you. We provide you with a training environment that is safe, friendly, supportive and puts you in the position to make that change in your life to set you up for hitting your fitness and weight loss goals.

Serious and Committed

Three programme based weight-training sessions a week. Groups consist of 2-4 people    

  1. Small group sessions delivered at high intensity. The Body Rock Performance gym offers both strength training/conditioning and boxing group classes.

  2. Body Rock Performance Workouts. Our strength and conditioning classes are full-body focused, targeting specific muscle groups, and include high intensity interval training, weight training, and endurance training.

  3. Boxing Classes - Our boxing classes are cardio heavy and include strength training. A fierce full-body workout, boxing will make you sweat from head to toe.
