Boxing Classes – Our boxing classes are cardio heavy and include strength training. A fierce full-body workout, boxing will make you sweat from head to toe.

HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn (helps burn more fat at a faster rate).
