Questionnaire

Please email us your questionnaire, after filling it out. It will take about 15+ minutes to complete and asks you questions about your current eating patterns, health concerns, goals, health history, and food preferences. A three day food recall will be necessary. We will assess your physical activity and determination of calories expended. We will motivate and educate you, as you transition your diet and grow beyond old eating patterns, and support you when you make powerful nutritional & lifestyle adjustments.

Skype Consultation

Skype Call

First Skype consultations approximately take 1h. Follow up consultations are 30min long. In the consultation we will discuss your personalized workout/nutrition/meal plan that is appropriate for you and your goals. The work out plan includes 3 home & 2 outdoor workouts per week, 5 days of sample menus based on your food likes, dislikes, and lifestyle. The training & menu plan is easy to understand and shows you how to exercise at home environmental, what to eat before and after your training and during time off training, how much to eat, and includes sample meal ideas.

Lifestyle change

It is not a short term transformation. It’s a long term lifestyle change.
