Skype Call

First Skype consultations approximately take 1h. Follow up consultations are 30min long. In the consultation we will discuss your personalized nutrition/meal plan that is appropriate for you and your goals. This plan includes 5 days of sample menus based on your food likes, dislikes, lifestyle, and training. The menu plan is easy to understand and shows you what to eat, how much to eat, and includes sample meal ideas.

It is not a short term diet. It’s a long term lifestyle change. We will help you with the transition, including meal planning, snack ideas, shopping tips and kid-friendly ideas, ensuring adequate nutrition, hitting weight goals, etc. We will customize a program based on your individual biochemistry while taking into account your lifestyle, specific goals and preferences.
